Grace Cafe

Grace Cafe encourages communities to thrive through service to others

Our group connected with the organization Grace Cafe, a Philadelphia based nonprofit in which volunteers reach out to the homeless community to provide food and opportunity. LOM sources organic food that would otherwise be going to waste. As stated on their website, food is the number one component of landfills with a staggering 30-40% going uneaten. LOM stands out from other organizations with the further initiative to not only work to end starvation, but provide nourishment to the mind and body as well. The organization believes in bringing together the community through yoga classes, parties, and gatherings to heal and show support.  We are proud and honored to start working with this inspiring team. We are eager to follow Grace Cafe’s lead make a much needed impact on our city’s homeless situation.
